Steven F. Pessoa, Esq. focuses his practice on transactional real estate and title matters. Steven began his legal career as an associate attorney at boutique Miami law firms. He later worked as an associate attorney at a large international law firm where he represented public and private companies in connection with diverse legal matters.
Steven is licensed to practice law in the State of Florida and has been recognized by the South Florida Legal Guide as a Top Up and Comer in 2019 and as a Top Lawyer in the area of Real Property/Real Estate in 2020 and 2021.

Daniel focuses his practice on maritime transactions. A lifelong Miamian, Daniel has year’s of experience in the marine industry, guiding numerous maritime transactions to successful and timely closings. Daniel works closely with many aspects of the yachting community including yacht brokers, shipyards, marine lenders, and a variety of international shipping registries.
As a licensed attorney in the State of Florida, Daniel also has experience in corporate and real estate matters including the formation and restructuring of U.S based and offshore business entities.

Rick is the firm’s Managing Partner and represents clients in complex commercial disputes, administrative proceedings, enforcement actions, and state and federal court litigation from inception through trial. He also serves as general counsel to small and medium-sized businesses, guiding clients through corporate governance, employment matters, risk management issues, and strategic decisions where business and law intersect.
As part of his litigation practice, Rick has represented global manufacturers, financial institutions, real estate developers, C-level executives, professional athletes, and health care professionals in a wide array of business disputes.
For each of the last five years, Rick has been recognized as a “Rising Star” in the state of Florida for Business Litigation by Super Lawyers magazine; a recognition limited to just 2.5% of lawyers in the state each year. He has also held various bar leadership positions and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Hillsborough County Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Division. Additionally, Rick is an adjunct faculty member at the Emory University School of Law where he teaches rising third-year law students the Kessler-Eidson Program for Trial Techniques.
